Long before the pandemic, I made my business remote. At the time, it was still very much a local operation, and 80% of our clients were based nearby. But I craved the freedom to say yes when an opportunity to travel or take a break came up.
I was over the shackles. It felt so frustrating to have to plan around my business. Hadn’t I started GreenCup Digital so I wouldn’t have to bow to anyone ever again? So why had I built another cage for myself?
As I’ve shared before, entrepreneurs often build what feels familiar.
